So I recently picked up the Flying Pigeon PA-02D. Styled after English Conventry, and Dutch bicycles like the 1930's style Raleigh, Flying Pigeon is relatively uknown in the states. Formed during the Maoist era "Flying Pigeon is the bike that has pushed forward not only billions of people, but also is at the forefront of the whole bicycle phenomenon in the People’s Republic of China." It was once said that the upright riding position and close-in handgrips signifies a refine and more dignified gentlemen. If this is true, this is a true gentlemens bicycle that is both refined and utilitaran.
