the socks are badass, however, its the summer so i prefer going sockless.

Sorry, but tassles are for throw pillows! The socks, on the other hand, are really adventurous and daring; would like to have seen a little of the khaki reflected in the stripes, but otherwise it's a bold "thumbs up" from me!
